Request Account or Data Deletion
This page explains how EvoEd users can request deletion of their account or associated app data. EvoEd is operated by Evolve and Educate.
Fastest method
Delete from inside the app
Open EvoEd, go to Profile, then use the delete account or delete data option. This helps us verify that the request is coming from the signed-in account owner.
Website request
Submit a deletion request
If you cannot access the app, submit this form using the email address connected to your EvoEd account. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your EvoEd account and does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
You may also email nawabmohammad83@gmail.com. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting an account.
Data We Delete
When an account deletion request is verified, EvoEd deletes or de-identifies account profile data and app content associated with the account where reasonably possible. This may include name, email, phone number, profile image references, generated courses, course progress, quiz results, flashcards, Q&A material, research history, case studies, interviews, usage records, and app-generated learning content.
Data We May Keep
Some limited records may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, payment disputes, accounting, subscription verification, unresolved support requests, or enforcement of EvoEd terms. Google Play purchase and subscription records may also remain available through Google services.
Retention Period
Verified deletion requests are processed within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days unless additional verification, security review, legal obligations, or unresolved transaction issues require more time. Limited retained records may be kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
Google Play Subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future billing, open Google Play, go to Payments and subscriptions, select EvoEd, and cancel the subscription there.
