Account Access & Mobile OTP
Mobile Verification
New accounts use mobile OTP verification. Existing users may sign in with email and password, connect a mobile number, and then use OTP for future sign-ins.
Why Data Is Requested
Name, email address, phone number, user ID, profile image, and learning data are used to create accounts, authenticate users, and keep saved learning content connected to the right person.
User Controls
Users can update supported profile information, change a verified mobile number through OTP verification, request account data deletion in the app, or submit a deletion request from the dedicated Data Deletion page.
